He started performing live age 10, as a guitarist and founding member of a band, which performed around the country including top venues such as Bath's Guildhall at the closing night of the famous Bath Festival. He then played as a solo pianist in and around Bath, and as a guitarist and singer in various Rock outfits (most notably Dead Elvis who had a successful stint in 2005 when Jamie was only 15). Gaining his Grade 8 on Piano age 16, he went on to earn his Batchelors degree in Music, before Starting his professional career at the famous Grand Hotel in Brighton, England.

He began work for Princess Cruises as a singer/keyboardist of a band. He made the switch over to Solo performance whilst working for Princess before going fully solo for Royal Caribbean Cruises, where until January of this year he has been playing and singing in the Piano Bar, dazzling with his four octave vocal range, Impressive Piano playing, Quick Wit and Charm. He is about to embark on a cruise with new cruise company Ambassador for their maiden voyage aboard their ship 'Ambience'. He is regularly regarded as one of the best Piano Bar Entertainers in the Industry.
