Performing at a luxury Maldivian resort allows you to keep virtually all of your earnings. The contract package fully covers your living and travel logistics:
- Round-Trip Airfare: International flights to and from Male (MLE) are fully booked and paid for by the resort or agency.
- Resort Accommodation: Complimentary housing in staff/crew quarters or resort guest villas depending on position.
- Full Board Meals: Free access to daily meals at resort staff buffets or designated guest dining venues.
- Visa & Transport Support: Full assistance with island entry permits, sea-plane/speedboat transfers upon arrival, and work visas.
Casting Requirements & What You Need to Apply
Because these positions are for top-tier 5-star properties, candidates must demonstrate high professional standards:
- Polished Showreel: A high-definition promotional video showcasing live stage energy, outfit styling, and versatility.
- Repertoire Readiness: Ability to play 3 to 4 sets per evening, transitioning smoothly from ambient afternoon music to high-energy evening entertainment.
- Stage Presence: Elegant appearance, evening concert attire, and a warm, approachable guest-interaction style.
- Availability: Full availability during the Christmas and New Year period (contracts typically range from 1 to 3 months across the peak season).
