Since moving to Los Angeles in 2003, Jack has performed in over a thousand shows, made several television appearances (including Japanese and Greek television), won several World Championships, been recognized by the International Knife Throwers Hall of Fame, and invented the Knife Catch, the Tomahawk Catch, the Unicorn Catch, and the Jack Knife - Cucumber Slice.

Jack's presentation is a comedy-stunt show for audiences of all ages. The program can run from 30 to 90 minutes for Themed Events (Renaissance, Pirate, Wild West), Street Festivals, Variety Shows, Corporate Entertainment, Comedy Festivals, Theatrical Shows and TV/Film.
