"My name is Ercan Sahin. I was born in Istanbul in Turkey in 1976. I started my career in animation and tourism field in 1993 at a five star hotel called Belizia H. in Bodrum while I was on vacation. Then I was offered to work at the animation department of the same hotel with my talent in belly-dancing. After I had seen my ability in belly-dancing, I decided to continue this job professionally. After I had worked in Belizia Hotel in Bodrum, I began to work in Marco Polo Holiday Village in Antalya.The following years, I worked as an entertainment manager at a five star hotel Club Capheros in Assos in summers and worked as a belly-dancer in the most famous night clubs in Istanbul in winters. I not only took part in Turkish media but also in world press for many times with my dance performance. Alex is my nick name when I am on stage. I displayed my belly-dance shows in jet-set home parties. I also worked as a trainer and taught belly dancing to a lot of people from high-society in the world. I know little English but I believe dancing has a universal language. In 2002 I went to New York to participate in a new year party and worked there for a while. In addition to belly dancing, I mastered in organizing special parties such as Ottoman Nights, Marakesh Nights, Arabic Nights, Welcome to summer night parties, Latin dance Parties, Percussion and Rhythm Night Parties, DJ Parties, Exotic Night Parties,…etc. Nowadays I am dancing in a lot of remarkable night clubs and parties and also I am still teaching belly dancing to my desirous students."
