Yuriy started out at the age of 5 as a gymnast in Ukraine. In 1996 he joined a comedy acrobatic stunt troupe which led him to move to England where in 1999 he started working on his first solo strap act. Since starting out he has worked in many circus and shows across the world including the national Ukraine circus in Kiev, Philip Ghandi s Pinocchio ice show in Beirut and Herve Pommerey in Paris. In 2010 whilst working in Ireland he met Rebecca. Rebecca started dancing at the age of 5 then went on to study at the Urdang academy in London. After graduation she worked in many shows across Europe then in 2010 went to work at a circus in Ireland.
Together they started to work on a duo strap act combining their gymnastic, aerial and dance skills. Duo was the result of this collaboration telling the story of two people trying to build their dream together.
