Classically beautiful in style, this contemporary number is equally amazing in its quality of acrobatics and lyrical movement. Performed to the haunting melodies of Greek violinist, Nikos Hatzupopulous, it is sure to lend a romantic and elegant touch to any occasion. Her routine is adaptable to meet your needs ranging from 4-7 minutes in length. A graduate of the National Institute of Circus Arts (NICA), Emma's work is a product of advanced training. Choosing to specialize in Contortion and the Solo Trapeze, Emma proved her abilities by being awarded the prestigious May Wirth Memorial Trophy for most outstanding female student, in her first year of study. To the acclaim of her peers, industry professionals and the press, Emma graduated in 2006 with a scholarship from the Layne Beachley Foundation. Relocating to Montreal the following year, Emma furthered her skills under the instruction of world renowned coach Victor Fomin. Receiving instruction from many of the leading trapezists of our time it is little wonder this performer is among the elite. Influenced by Cirque du Soleil performer Olga Sidorova and Les 7 Doigts artist Shana Carrol, it is sure that Emma lends extrodinary promise in this creative field. Her performances range from corporate events such as The National Gallery of Victoria to festivals and competitions such as Short & Sweet, where she performed in the Gala Final after a first place nomination.
