Asseghai acrobatic group
Nairobi, Kenya

The Asseghai acrobatic group is comprised of seven young men who have performed daily shows at the famous "Nairobi Safari Park and Casino", done numerous festivals in Kenya, and toured several African countries.

Their advanced acrobatic maneuvers can be integrated into movies as well as commercial advertisements. Their shows add excitement to such functions as end of year parties, staff parties, wedding ceremonies, national ceremonies and general entertainment.

Show Program

Human Pyramid Formations
Pyramids demonstrate swiftness, endurance, power, speed and perseverance. In between major formations, they move into semi pyramids, performed with two, three or four acrobats.

Limbo Dance and Fire Eating
These dances are performed to traditional African music with a background of wild animal cries. With immensely strong legs, the Asseghai group goes under a burning metal rod suspended at a height of 8 inches! Fire eating is the art of eating flame, bathing with fire accompanied with comedies, miming and acrobatic actions.

Hoop Diving
This is a sequential flow of diving through hoops with forward and backward rolls, summersaults and Africanized chap lined actions.

Rope Skipping
This acrobatic style of skipping rope displays various styles that require flexibility, fitness, courage and concentration.
